The delivery promise was pushed back, which meant our plumber could not complete this bathroom during the originally scheduled visit. The Milan shower set ultimately gave the room exactly the character we wanted. Antique brass complements the warmer stone and traditional detailing beautifully, while the rainfall head provides comfortable overhead coverage. The finished bathroom now feels cohesive rather than simply fitted with standard fixtures.

Customer-service responses came much slower than expected, and I had to initiate another conversation just to get the order information I needed. That part of the purchase could definitely improve. The Milan shower set itself was worth a more positive assessment. The 8-inch rainfall head has a nicely balanced size, while the antique brass finish gives the entire setup a warm, distinctive character.
